This week I had no sites to go with. I finished CPA, which I am very sad but satisfied with my final result and my experience. This week I focus on my classes and work and my club. I had time to talk to my members about our final events for the semester! We have many things to do in so little time but it’s going to worth it and very exciting! Which I can’t wait. I also collaborated with a group called, the little Earth, which we are doing an installation at MCAD in 4 weeks. I am very excited because we already have our theme and group members and what we have to do for the final week before the final installation. Our group is very open minded and know what they are talking about and know what they want to gain from this collaboration and opportunity.
This week I did my homework for my classes. I had to read folklore stories which was very good and made me cry. It was very powerful and hard because it was kind of related to the past that effect certain people groups. But besides that, I am doing my portfolio for my major which is Illustration. Also, to fix my Illustration Resume and Business card. That I got critique on which wasn’t so bad but only fixing 3 mistakes that I can fix easily. But the most exciting homework that I have to do is creating toys! I have to create 2 toys that I decide to bring 2 well-known ghost stories that I grew up with and its part of my Latino community which is La LIorona and El Cucuy. Especially when I am going to color the characters. This week was calming and exciting homework and good readings.
